You will need to create a USPTO. Describes the steps to follow for filing a petition for withdrawal from issue after payment of the issue fee. In this rulemaking, the USPTO is proposing to withdraw implementation of the postregistration provisions that are currently delayed. After your trademark is approved for publication, your trademark is published in our weekly online Trademark Official Gazette. The period of a patent right is 20 years from the date of filing of the patent application. Trade mark protection applies from the day after the application is entered into the register. Publication in the Official Gazette, however, isn't the first exposure the public has to your application.
