You must add all extra drivers to your rental contract, in order to make sure everyone is covered by the insurance policy. If another person drives the rental but is not down as an additional driver, you will void the rental agreement and the insurance company may refuse to cover any physical damage to the vehicle.
Debit/Check Cards Debit cards are only accepted at the time of rental if accompanied by a ticketed return travel itinerary. The name and address shown on Renter's driver's license must match their current home address. Active-duty military personnel are exempt from address requirements.
Customers traveling to the United States or Canada who have a driver's license that was issued outside of the United States or Canada are required to present a valid driver's license at the time of rent and a valid passport in the same name displayed on the foreign driver's license, as a second form of identification.

For Visitors to the United States If you're visiting the United States, you may need a temporary driver's license to legally drive during your stay. This license allows you to drive for up to a year without requiring a permanent license.
A temporary driver's license is acceptable only if it has no restrictions and is valid for the entire period of the rental.
