Minnesota statute 609.226 states it is a misdemeanor for a dog owner who fails to control their dog that results in a service animal being hurt. A pet care agreement is a formal contract that defines the terms of pet-sitting services between the pet owner and the pet sitter.All dogs and cats over four months old must be licensed and wear a collar with the license tags. These statutes comprise Minnesota's relevant dog laws. Among the provisions include several laws related to natural resources protection and hunting with dogs. Copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and service marks in the Works and Documents created and paid for under this Contract. A pet is not considered a service animal or ESA. Pets are not permitted in the facilities of the College. Policies and procedures can be picked up and filled out in the food service office at least one week in advance of the event. A Residential Dog Kennel Permit is required for keeping four (4) or more dogs, over the age of six (6) months.
