Equipment - The Client agrees to use equipment (e.g. Director of agriculture: Chapter 43.23 RCW.Dog guide or service animal, interfering with: RCW 9.91.170. Owner-supplied equipment, including a collar, leash, and any other needed restraints, such as a muzzle. This is a guide to the laws regarding the use and access rights of service animals in Washington State.
