Construction Documents: The construction documents include all the Design Professional's work product as listed in the Construction Contract. Project The Project is the total work to be performed under this Agreement.CONTRACTOR shall provide these items to the Contract. Administrator no later than one ( 1) month before the expiration of this Agreement. My suggestion would be if you can meet in person, present the client with the contract stating the agreed upon goals, expectations, and timeline of the project. The Architect shall include with its billing, in either electronic or hard copy format, the following supporting information, and any additional supporting. This Section will include all signature pages and the Design Professional's RFQ and Contract deliverables.
