Any document that has been falsified or altered for the purpose of deceiving others is considered a forgery in Arizona. Forgery is the creation, altering, forging, or imitating of any document with the intent to defraud another person.This form is for reporting suspected immigration benefit fraud and abuse to USCIS. A person commits forgery if, with intent to defraud, the person: 1. Falsely makes, completes or alters a written instrument; or 2. Dear questioner, Forging a signature with or without consent is illegal in India and is not to be allowed for any purpose. ARS § 13-2002 defines Arizona's forgery law. States generally charge the crime of falsifying documents as a felony crime, as opposed to a misdemeanor.
