Report a Problem To submit non-emergency service requests, go to 311 Connect or call 3-1-1 (outside unincorporated county, call: 916-875-4311). If there is no immediate danger, you ​may also report a problem using the resources below.
Missing Person Any person whose whereabouts are unknown to the reporting party including, but not limited to, a child taken, detained, concealed, enticed away or retained by a parent in violation of Penal Code § 277.
