The Contractor will fill out an electrical load calculation sheet and submit along with the site plan to ONCOR prior to the start of construction. All materials shall be submitted in searchable.The City's role will include procurement for the design and construction, and administration of the construction improvements of the Property. Proposers shall fill out the following required documents, as noted in the bid proposal. The building will also include administrative space to accommodate a meeting room, public toilets, office space and a reception area. Before beginning construction in areas of public dedication, the Contractor shall inform the agency having jurisdiction in the area forty-eight.
