The Bennett Building is a cast-iron building in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan in New York City. The old Tribune Building at 150 Nassau Street, a relic of what was New York's 'Newspaper Row' at the turn of the century, is to be razed.A window must meet certain requirements to pass New York State egress window code. The building is notable for its deeply inset windows, the superb lions' heads on its stringcourses and its fine monumentality.
