Construction contractors interested in performing construction contracts with the department must first complete the Vendor Registration process. These services include all necessary design and specifications for the bidding of and contracting for the Sullivan County DES Building Improvements project. The RFP must be sufficiently detailed in describing the supply or service being sought so that bidders can submit responsive proposals and prices. Specifically, the consultant will gather multiple rounds of feedback to inform the overarching goals, design, and operational structure of a Talent Hub model. All envelopes containing bids must be clearly marked "BID" and must include the address of the Bid.
