You must apply for your permit using PLUS. Plans must clearly illustrate the nature of all of the work to be performed.A plan of construction is a required element of a complete permit application for a Construction Permit and shall include: 1. You must submit two hard copies or a digital copy of plans for the review process. All submitted plans, or changes to plans, must be of sufficient size and clarity to facilitate plan review. One complete digital copy of plans are required. Complete the building application in its entirety. Construction plans are required to be submitted with the application for permit. All applications must be filled out completely with contract value, complete physical address, and the contractor's state registration number and signature.
