Bids must be completed and submitted within the OpenGov portal before the bid opening day and time as listed on the OpenGov site. Use the Proposal to prepare and submit Bids for the Work.Upon request, the Department will provide Bid Documents that include or reference the following: Upon receipt of your bid, you will receive a reply indicating your bid has been received. Bid Invitation Submission Form. Bidding documents will be forwarded to all bidders who have pre-registered with the Commission's Procurement Department.
