Signed bill of sale is required for trailers and vehicles 25 years old and older. The form must have the vehicle details, purchase price, and the seller's signature. The seller must authorize the form before a notary public. If you have purchased a vehicle with an out-of-state title, you must complete an MVA "Application for Maryland Title" (form number VR-005).
