Notary services are available in our office, or you may use a Notary Public of your choice. You must obtain a residence in Florida. That can be a purchased home, duplex, condo or rental property. In order to establish a new domicile, you must first abandon your old "domicile", but not necessarily your old "residence. Filing a Declaration of Domicile is one of the simplest and most effective ways to demonstrate your intent to establish residency in Florida.
