Maine Appearance of Child Support Creditor or Representative (B2810) is a document used by creditors or representatives to represent an individual's rights in a child support case. It is signed by the creditor or representative and filed with the court to establish their authority in the case. There are two types of Maine Appearance of Child Support Creditor or Representative (B2810): Appearance of Creditor or Representative for Child Support and Appearance of Parent or Guardian for Child Support. The Appearance of Creditor or Representative for Child Support is used when the creditor or representative is representing the rights of the creditor or another party in a child support case. The Appearance of Parent or Guardian for Child Support is used when the parent or guardian is representing their own rights in a child support case. Both documents must be signed and notarized before being filed with the court.
