Wisconsin Schedule G: Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases (non-individuals) is the form used by non-individual debtors, such as corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, to list all of their executory contracts and unexpired leases on. This includes executory contracts and unexpired leases that are not assumed or rejected in the bankruptcy case, as well as those that are assumed or rejected. Executory contracts are agreements in which both parties have ongoing obligations that are yet to be performed, such as a lease agreement, a sales agreement, or a service contract. Unexpired leases are leases that are currently in effect, but have not yet expired. There are two types of Wisconsin Schedule G: Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases (non-individuals): the individual form and the joint form. The individual form is used for debtors who are filing for bankruptcy individually, while the joint form is used for debtors who are filing jointly with another person or group. Both forms require the debtor to list all of their executory contracts and unexpired leases, as well as the details of each agreement.
