An Alaska Statement of Domestication for Foreign Professional Corporation Domesticating to Domestic Professional Corporation is a legal document that is filed with the Alaska Division of Corporations to effect the domestication of a foreign professional corporation to a domestic professional corporation. This document must include the name of the foreign professional corporation, the state of incorporation, the date of incorporation, the name of the domestic professional corporation, the state of formation, the date of formation, the address of the principal place of business of the domestic professional corporation, and the names and addresses of the officers of the domestic professional corporation.
