The Alaska Statement of Domestication for Foreign Religious Corporation Domesticating to a Domestic Religious Corporation is a legal document filed with the State of Alaska to record the domestication of a foreign religious corporation to a domestic religious corporation in the State of Alaska. The document must be signed by an authorized officer of the foreign religious corporation and must include the name of the foreign religious corporation, the state where it is incorporated, the date of incorporation, the name of the domestic religious corporation, the name of the incorporated, the name of the registered agent, the date of domestication, and the address of the registered office of the domestic religious corporation. There are two types of Alaska Statements of Domestication for Foreign Religious Corporation Domesticating to a Domestic Religious Corporation: Full Domestication and Conversion Domestication. With Full Domestication, the foreign religious corporation ceases to exist and is replaced by the domestic religious corporation. With Conversion Domestication, the foreign religious corporation remains in existence but the assets, liabilities, and other matters of the foreign religious corporation are transferred to the domestic religious corporation.
