Alaska Articles of Merger for Domestic Cooperative Corporation is a legal document used to merge two or more domestic cooperative corporations in Alaska. This document is used when an existing cooperative corporation is merging with another cooperative corporation to form a single entity. It is filed with the Alaska Division of Corporations, Business & Professional Licensing and must include the name of the surviving corporation, the name of the merging corporation, the date of the merger, the number and types of shares of the merging corporation, the consideration for the merger, and the signatures of all the board members of the merging and surviving corporations.
