The Alaska Amended Statement of Qualification for Domestic Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is a legal document that must be filed with the Alaska Division of Corporations, Business, and Professional Licensing in order to register a domestic limited liability partnership in the state of Alaska. This document is used to make changes to an existing LLP or to amend the existing LLP's statement of authority. It must be signed by all the partners in the LLP and include the name of the LLP, the state or country in which it is registered, the date of its formation, the name and address of the registered agent, and the names of all the partners. Additionally, it must include the changes being made, such as a change of address or a change in the name of the LLP. There are two different types of Alaska Amended Statement of Qualification for Domestic Limited Liability Partnership forms: one for an initial qualification and one for an amended qualification.
