Depending on the form of the Domestic Religious Corporation, there are two types of Alaska Articles of Dissolution for Domestic Religious Corporations: 1) Articles of Dissolution for Domestic Religious Corporations Created by Filing: This type of Articles of Dissolution is filed when the Domestic Religious Corporation is formed by filing Articles of Incorporation with the Corporations Division. The Articles must include the name of the Domestic Religious Corporation, the date of incorporation, and the signature of each incorporated. 2) Articles of Dissolution for Domestic Religious Corporations Created by Certificate: This type of Articles of Dissolution is filed when the Domestic Religious Corporation is formed by filing a Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporations Division.
