Alaska CHINA (Child In Need of Aid) Therapeutic Court — Findings Order is a document issued by a judge or court-appointed professional to provide a legally binding determination that a child is in need of assistance, protection, and/or treatment in order to ensure their safety and well-being. This document outlines the legal and social obligations of the parties involved in the case, as well as the conditions and services to be provided for the child. There are two types of Alaska CHINA Therapeutic Court — Findings Orders: Dispositional Findings Orders and Permanent Findings Orders. Dispositional Findings Orders provide a short-term, temporary plan for the child's care and are issued after an initial adjudicatory hearing. Permanent Findings Orders provide a long-term, permanent plan for the child's care and are issued after a permanency hearing. Both types of orders will include findings of fact, conclusions of law, and directives for the child's care and treatment.
