Alaska Revocation of Transfer on Death Deed is a document used to revoke a Transfer on Death Deed in Alaska. A Transfer on Death Deed (TODD) is a type of deed that allows a person to transfer real estate to a designated beneficiary or beneficiaries upon their death. In Alaska, a TODD must be filed with the state in order to be effective. The Alaska Revocation of Transfer on Death Deed is used to cancel the TODD. There are three types of Alaska Revocation of Transfer on Death Deed: revocable, irrevocable, and conditional. A revocable Alaska Revocation of Transfer on Death Deed can be revoked at any time before the granter's death. An irrevocable Alaska Revocation of Transfer on Death Deed cannot be revoked and is binding upon the granter's death.
