An Alaska Registered Agent Notice of Resignation (All Entity Types) is a legal document filed with the Alaska Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing to notify the state government of a business entity’s intention to resign as a registered agent. This document is required when a business entity is changing its registered agent, or when it is terminating its business operations in the state of Alaska. The Notice of Resignation must include the name of the registered agent, the name of the business entity, the business entity’s file number, the registered agent’s address, and the date of resignation. Depending on the type of entity, the Notice may also include a signature, the signature of an authorized officer, or a notary public. There are three types of Alaska Registered Agent Notice of Resignation: notice of resignation by a corporation, notice of resignation by a limited liability company, and notice of resignation by a limited partnership.
