Alaska Notice of Change of Officials Nonprofit Corporations is a document filed with the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development's Corporations Division that notifies the state of a change in the officers, directors, or registered agent of a nonprofit corporation. This document is required to be filed whenever the officers, directors, or registered agent of a nonprofit corporation changes. The document must include the name and address of the new officers, directors, and/or registered agent, as well as the name and address of the nonprofit corporation. There are two types of Alaska Notice of Change of Officials Nonprofit Corporations: Initial Notice of Change of Officials and Amended Notice of Change of Officials. The Initial Notice of Change of Officials is used when filing for the first time and is filed with the Articles of Incorporation. The Amended Notice of Change of Officials is used when changing the officers, directors, or registered agent of a nonprofit corporation after the nonprofit has been incorporated.
