The Alaska Statement of Change (Domestic Electric Or Telephone Cooperatives) is a document that cooperatives operating in Alaska must submit to the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) to update their membership information. It is a required document that must be submitted to the RCA in order to update the membership information for the cooperative. This document is used to make changes to the membership information, such as adding or removing members, changing the name of a member, or making changes to a member's address. The document also includes a summary of all changes made to the membership information. There are two types of Alaska Statement of Change (Domestic Electric Or Telephone Cooperatives): Domestic Electric Cooperatives and Telephone Cooperatives. Domestic Electric Cooperatives provide electric service to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Telephone Cooperatives provide telephone service to residential and business customers.
