The Alaska In-Court Worksheet is a document used in Alaska courts to assist in the calculation of a defendant's fines and fees. The worksheet is used to determine the total amount of a defendant's fines and fees, as well as the payment plan for those fees. It is typically filled out by the court clerks and is available online for download. The worksheet is divided into two parts: the worksheet itself and the fee and fine calculator. The worksheet includes sections for entering the defendant's name, address, and offense; the amount of the fine; and the payment plan. The fee and fine calculator calculates the total amount of fines and fees based on the information entered on the worksheet. There are two types of Alaska In-Court Worksheet: the Standard In-Court Worksheet and the Specialized In-Court Worksheet. The Standard In-Court Worksheet is used for most criminal cases, while the Specialized In-Court Worksheet is used for cases involving a juvenile or a mental health charge.
