The Alaska Transcript Order Form is a document used to request a copy of an individual's academic records from the Alaska Department of Education and Early Development. There are two types of Alaska Transcript Order Form: Standard and Expedited. The Standard order requires a minimum of 10 business days to process, while the Expedited order requires a minimum of three business days to process. Both forms require a payment of a processing fee. The Standard order requires the payment of a fee of $8.00 per transcript, while the Expedited order requires the payment of a fee of $16.00 per transcript. Both forms require the individual to provide personal information, including name, address, social security number, and contact information.
