An Alabama Domestic Business Corporation Certificate of Formation is a legal document that is filed with the Alabama Secretary of State in order to form a domestic business corporation in Alabama. The Long Form Certificate of Formation includes additional requirements, such as the company's purpose, number of shares authorized, and the names and addresses of the company's directors.
