Alabama Request for Juvenile Records, Reports or Information is a form used by legal professionals, law enforcement, and other authorized individuals to request access to juvenile records, reports, or information in the state of Alabama. This form must be filled out in order to submit a request for access to juvenile records, reports, or information. There are three types of Alabama Request for Juvenile Records, Reports or Information: 1) an Alabama Request for Juvenile Court Records; 2) an Alabama Request for Juvenile Probation Records; and 3) an Alabama Request for Juvenile Detention Records. The Alabama Request for Juvenile Court Records is used to obtain records from the juvenile court, such as court orders, guardianship information, and court hearing transcripts. The Alabama Request for Juvenile Probation Records is used to obtain records from the juvenile probation offices, such as records of supervision and violations. The Alabama Request for Juvenile Detention Records is used to obtain records from the juvenile detention centers, such as records of detention and release.
