The Arkansas ADEN Disclosure Statement is a document issued by the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEN). This statement is part of the state's environmental protection program and is used to disclose current and potential environmental risks or hazards associated with the operation of a facility. The statement provides information on the potential pollutants or hazardous materials present at the facility, the potential health and safety risks associated with the operation of the facility, and the steps taken by the facility to manage and reduce environmental risks. There are three types of Arkansas ADEN Disclosure Statements — Hazardous Substance Disclosure Statement, Waste Discharge Disclosure Statement, and Air Pollution Disclosure Statement. The Hazardous Substance Disclosure Statement is used to disclose the presence of hazardous substances at a facility and the steps taken to reduce the risk of exposure. The Waste Discharge Disclosure Statement is used to identify and report the discharge of hazardous substances and other pollutants from a facility. The Air Pollution Disclosure Statement is used to identify and report potential air pollutants present at a facility.
