The Arkansas Annual Report — Limited Liability Partnership (2016) is an annual report that is filed by Limited Liability Partnerships (Laps) registered in the state of Arkansas. It is required in order to maintain an active status with the Arkansas Secretary of State’s office and includes various details about the LLP, such as its registered agent, members, and financial information. There are two types of Arkansas Annual Reports — Limited Liability Partnership (2016): the Initial Report and the Annual Renewal Report. The Initial Report is required to be filed within 90 days of the LLP’s formation and the Annual Renewal Report is required to be filed in the same month as the LLP’s anniversary date. Both reports must include the LLP’s name, registered agent’s name and address, and the date of formation. Additionally, the Annual Renewal Report must include the names of all LLP members and the LLP’s financial information.
