The Arkansas Application For Registration Of Limited Liability Limited Partnership (LL LP) is an official document used to register a limited liability limited partnership (LL LP) in the state of Arkansas. It is required under the Arkansas Code 4-31-101 in order to legally register an LL LP in the state. The Arkansas Application For Registration Of Limited Liability Limited Partnership consists of three forms: Form TROLLOP, Form AR-LLLP-1, and Form AR-LLLP-2. Form TROLLOP is used to provide basic information about the LL LP, including its name, purpose, address, and the names of the partners. Form AR-LLLP-1 is used to provide information about the partners, including their names, addresses, and ownership interests in the LL LP. Form AR-LLLP-2 is used to provide information about the activities of the LL LP, including the nature and scope of the LL LP’s business. Once the application is complete and submitted, the Arkansas Secretary of State will review it to determine whether the LL LP meets the requirements of the state. If the LL LP is approved, the Secretary of State will issue a Certificate of Registration, which is the official document confirming the registration of the LL LP in the state.
