Arkansas Criminal Information is the electronic repository of criminal records for the state of Arkansas. It is maintained by the Arkansas Crime Information Center (ACID), a division of the Arkansas State Police. This database includes a variety of records, such as arrest records, convictions, court dispositions, sex offender registrations, and criminal history information. Arkansas Criminal Information is available to authorized users, such as law enforcement agencies, government agencies, and private organizations. There are three types of Arkansas Criminal Information: Criminal History records, Sex Offender Registrations, and Court Dispositions. Criminal History records contain detailed information about an individual’s prior arrests, charges, and convictions. Sex Offender Registrations include information about individuals who have been convicted of sex crimes and are required to register with the state. Finally, Court Dispositions include information about the outcomes of criminal cases, including sentencing, discharge, and probation.
