Arkansas Certificate Of Withdrawal Of Foreign Corporation is a document filed with the Arkansas Secretary of State's office in order to withdraw a foreign corporation's registration to do business in Arkansas. This document is required when a foreign corporation voluntarily terminates its activities in Arkansas. There are two types of Arkansas Certificate Of Withdrawal Of Foreign Corporation: (1) Certificate of Withdrawal of Foreign Corporation from the Regular Register, for foreign corporations that have been registered in Arkansas for at least one year; and (2) Certificate of Withdrawal of Foreign Corporation from the Expanded Register, for foreign corporations that have been registered in Arkansas for less than one year. Both of these certificates require the same basic information, including the name and address of the foreign corporation, the name and address of the registered agent, and the name of the foreign jurisdiction where the corporation is incorporated. Additionally, the Certificate of Withdrawal from the Expanded Register requires information about the period of registration and the date of registration.
