Annual Report Limited Partnership Or Limited Liability Limited Partnership (2016) Arkansas Annual Report Limited Partnership or Limited Liability Limited Partnership (2016) is an annual filing with the Arkansas Secretary of State's office that is required of all limited partnerships and limited liability limited partnerships that are registered in Arkansas. The report must be completed by the general partner of the limited partnership or limited liability limited partnership and must include information such as the name and address of the partnership, the names and addresses of the partners, a brief description of the purpose of the partnership, the date of formation, the duration of the partnership, the names and addresses of the registered agent and the registered office, and the total amount of contributions made to the partnership. The report must be filed within six months of the end of the partnership's fiscal year. The Arkansas Annual Report Limited Partnership or Limited Liability Limited Partnership (2016) must be filed in order for the partnership to remain in good standing with the Arkansas Secretary of State.
