The Arkansas Schedule of Property is a document filed with the Arkansas Supreme Court by a debtor in a bankruptcy case. It is a complete list of all the debtor's assets and liabilities. The Schedule of Property must include all real estate, personal property, bank accounts, stocks, bonds, and any other assets owned by the debtor. It must also include all debts owed by the debtor, including credit cards, mortgages, taxes, and other liabilities. The Schedule of Property must be completed and signed by the debtor, under penalty of perjury. There are two types of Arkansas Schedule of Property: the Short Form and the Long Form. The Short Form is used for simple bankruptcies and includes only the most basic information about the debtor's assets and liabilities. The Long Form is used when the debtor's assets and liabilities are more complex and require further information.
