The Arkansas Workers' Compensation Premium Tax Report is a document required by the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission in order to calculate the amount of premium taxes owed by employers. This report is used to determine the amount of taxes due for workers' compensation insurance premiums paid by employers in the state of Arkansas. The report includes information such as the employer’s name, tax rate, taxable premium, and the amount of taxes due. The report must be completed annually and should be submitted to the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission. There are two types of Arkansas Workers' Compensation Premium Tax Reports: the Annual Report and the Quarterly Report. The Annual Report must be completed and filed no later than the end of the calendar year. The Quarterly Report must be completed and filed quarterly no later than the last day of the month following the end of the quarter.
