Arizona Designation of Partial Transcript is a document that allows the student to choose which courses and grades will be shown on an official transcript. It is used by students transferring to Arizona colleges and universities, or by those who want to omit certain courses from their academic record. This document is used in lieu of a full transcript from the original institution, and can only be used when students are transferring to Arizona colleges and universities. There are two types of Arizona Designation of Partial Transcripts: the Standard Partial Transcript and the Comprehensive Partial Transcript. The Standard Partial Transcript allows the student to designate up to 10 courses and their grades to be included on the official transcript. The Comprehensive Partial Transcript allows the student to designate up to 25 courses and their grades to be included on the official transcript.
