The Arizona Help Center Questionnaire (AHQ) is a comprehensive survey designed to assess the needs of individuals living in Arizona. It is administered by the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES), and can be completed both online and by mail. The AHQ consists of detailed questions that cover a variety of topics, including employment, health, housing, education, and income. Participants are asked to provide information about their current living situation, financial resources, and support system. The AHQ is used to identify and prioritize the needs of individuals in Arizona, and to help ensure that resources are allocated appropriately. There are two types of the Arizona Help Center Questionnaire: the Comprehensive Version and the Short Version. The Comprehensive Version is used to assess individuals with multiple needs, and can take up to one hour to complete. The Short Version is used to assess individuals with fewer needs, and can take up to 30 minutes to complete.
