Arizona Electronic Proof of Claim (EPC) is a secure online system that allows creditors to electronically file a proof of claim to the Bankruptcy Court in the District of Arizona. It is designed to streamline the filing process and decrease the amount of time required to file a proof of claim. EPC enables creditors to quickly and easily submit claims and other documents associated with a bankruptcy case. There are two types of Arizona Electronic Proof of Claim, including the standard EPC and the EPC Pro. The standard EPC is the most commonly used system and allows creditors to quickly and easily file a proof of claim, as well as submit additional documents associated with the claim. The EPC Pro system is more advanced and allows creditors to file more complex claims, as well as receive and manage additional information related to the claim.
