Arizona Notice Of Appeal And Statement Of Election is a document used by a party in an Arizona state court case to appeal the decision of the lower court and to select the type of appellate review they are requesting. This document is also referred to as a Notice of Appeal and/or a Statement of Election. There are two types of Arizona Notice Of Appeal And Statement Of Election: (1) Notice of Appeal for a Final Judgment and (2) Notice of Appeal for an Interlocutory Order.
