Arizona Third Party Complaint is a type of legal action available in Arizona that allows a person or entity to become an additional party in a lawsuit that does not directly involve them. This type of complaint can be used if a person or entity believes they have been wrongfully affected by the outcome of a lawsuit in which they are not a party to. There are three types of Arizona Third Party Complaint: Intervention, Contribution, and Indemnity. Intervention is when a third party is allowed to join an existing lawsuit, usually because they have an interest in the outcome of the case. Contribution is when a third party is allowed to join an existing lawsuit to recover a portion of damages from another party. Indemnity is when a third party is allowed to join an existing lawsuit to recover damages from another party.
