Arizona Additional Conditions of Release is a set of regulations that must be followed in order for a person to be released from custody in the state of Arizona. It outlines the required actions that must be taken by the released person in order to remain in good standing with the court and to avoid further legal repercussions. It includes conditions such as the requirement to appear in court for all hearings, to not commit any new crimes, to obey all laws, to not contact the victims or witnesses of the offense, to remain in the state while the case is being adjudicated, to refrain from possessing firearms, to refrain from using alcohol or drugs, and to not leave the state without the permission of the court. There are two main types of Arizona Additional Conditions of Release: Standard Conditions of Release and Special Conditions of Release.
