Arizona Order Changing Child Visitation or Child Visitation and Support is a legal process used to modify existing custody and visitation orders in Arizona. This process is usually initiated when the needs of the child or the circumstances of the parents have changed significantly, and existing visitation and custody orders are no longer in the best interest of the child. This process can be used to modify both legal and physical custody, as well as visitation. There are two main types of Arizona Order Changing Child Visitation or Child Visitation and Support: Modification of Visitation and Modification of Child Support. Modification of Visitation involves changing the existing visitation order by increasing or decreasing the amount of time the non-custodial parent may spend with the child, or changing the location of visits. This type of order can also be used to establish a new visitation schedule or change the terms of the existing schedule. Modification of Child Support involves changing the existing child support order by either increasing or decreasing the amount of child support that the non-custodial parent is obligated to pay. This type of order can also be used to establish a new payment schedule or alter the existing schedule.
