An Arizona Court Order Regarding Termination of Guardianship and Conservatorship, Guardianship or Conservatorship is a legal document that is issued by a court in the State of Arizona and outlines the terms and conditions by which a guardianship and/or conservatorship of a minor child or incapacitated adult will be terminated. This type of order is typically issued when the court finds that the guardian and/or conservator has been negligent or has failed to adequately fulfill their duties. The order will include information such as the date of termination, the name of the guardian/conservator, and the rights and obligations of the guardian/conservator. There are two types of Arizona Court Order Regarding Termination of Guardianship and Conservatorship, Guardianship or Conservatorship: 1) Termination by Court Order; and 2) Termination by Consent of all Parties. Termination by Court Order is when the court issues an order terminating the guardianship/conservatorship based on its own findings or upon the request of an involved party. Termination by Consent of all Parties is when all parties involved in the guardianship/conservatorship agree to the termination and the court approves the agreement.
