Arizona Notice of Hearing Regarding Guardianship, Conservatorship, Guardianship/Conservatorship, Accounting is a legal document used to inform all interested parties of a pending court hearing on the matters of guardianship, conservatorship, guardianship/conservatorship, and/or accounting in the state of Arizona. This document is typically filed by the petitioner or guardian ad item in the superior court of the county where the interested person resides. It states the date, time, and place of the hearing, as well as the name of the petitioner, guardian ad item, and interested person. The notice also states the type of hearing being held and the purpose of the hearing, such as to consider the appointment of a guardian and/or conservator, to consider an accounting of a conservator’s actions, or to consider the removal of a guardian/conservator.
