Arizona Proof of Delivery or Mailing or Publishing Notice to Creditors of Informal Appointment of Personal Representative and/or Informal Probate of a Will is the document used to officially notify creditors that a Personal Representative has been appointed in an informal probate, or that a Will has been admitted to probate informally. This notice is usually sent to creditors who have claims against the estate, and the notice will inform them of the date, time, and location of the hearing when the Personal Representative will be appointed. There are two types of Arizona Proof of Delivery or Mailing or Publishing Notice to Creditors of Informal Appointment of Personal Representative and/or Informal Probate of a Will: 1. Mailing Notice: A Mailing Notice is sent to all known creditors of the estate. This notice is sent to any creditor who has filed a claim or has notified the court of a claim against the estate. 2. Publishing Notice: A Publishing Notice is published in a newspaper of general circulation in the county where the probate is being conducted. This notice is sent to any creditor who is not known to the court, but may have a claim against the estate.
