Arizona Order For Protective Address (AZ OPP) is a court order that allows victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking to keep their address confidential. It also allows victims to use a substitute address, so their real address is not disclosed to the public. The Arizona OPP is available to anyone who has been a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking, regardless of whether criminal charges have been filed. There are two types of AZ OPP: Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) and Address Confidentiality Service (ACS). The ACP allows victims to use a substitute address for all government and public records, while the ACS allows victims to use a substitute address for all public records, but not necessarily government records. Both types of AZ OPP provide victims with a heightened level of protection and privacy.
