The Arizona Notice of Hearing Regarding Guardianship and/or Conservatorship is a formal document issued by the court in the state of Arizona to notify all interested parties of a scheduled hearing for the appointment of a guardian and/or conservator for an incapacitated person. The Notice of Hearing includes the date, time, and place of the hearing, a brief description of the purpose of the hearing, the name of any proposed guardian or conservator, a description of the incapacitated personcapacitieses eses, a list of all interested parties to be notified of the hearing, and instructions as to how to object to the appointment. There are two types of Arizona Notice of Hearing Regarding Guardianship and/or Conservatorship: the Initial Notice of Hearing, which is issued when the petition to appoint a guardian or conservator is first filed, and the Final Notice of Hearing, which is issued after the case has been heard and a decision is made.
